Board & Staff

36 Commuting Solutions consists of three staff members, a board of directors and member organizations. The board of directors includes representatives from the public and private sectors and band together primary employers. Our members include companies, developers and governmental entities in the area.

Our board members are committed to better advocating for US 36 transportation improvements and expanding the use of commute options throughout the region.

	Audrey DeBarros Executive Director Audrey DeBarros is the Executive Director of 36 Commuting Solutions with more than twenty years of experience in developing integrated transportation solutions and partnerships in the public, private and nonprofit sectors. Audrey’s expertise includes integrating Transportation Demand Management (TDM) strategies with the corridor and local land use planning efforts, engaging private sector stakeholders and developing innovative partnerships and programs to broaden coalition advocacy efforts. 	Tim Kitchell Marketing & Education Specialist Tim Kitchell is the Marketing & Education Specialist and a proud graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder. Tim holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and brings more than five years of marketing experience to the table. 	Paul DesRocher Multi-Modal Planner Paul DesRocher serves as Multi-Modal Planner at 36 Commuting Solutions. A native of Washington State, he comes to Colorado after spending several years working in transit, bicycle and pedestrian planning and TDM on the east coast. Paul holds a bachelor’s degree from the Evergreen State College and a Master’s degree in City & Regional Planning from the University of Pennsylvania.
