Board & Staff

36 Commuting Solutions consists of five staff members, a board of directors and member organizations. The board of directors includes representatives from the public and private sectors, primary employers, developers and governmental entities in the area.

Our board members are committed to advocating for US 36 and RTD FasTracks transportation improvements and expanding the use of commute options throughout the Northwest region.

Audrey DeBarros

Audrey DeBarros

Executive Director
Audrey DeBarros is the Executive Director of 36 Commuting Solutions with more than twenty years of experience in developing integrated transportation solutions and partnerships in the public, private and nonprofit sectors. Audrey's expertise includes integrating Transportation Demand Management (TDM) strategies with the corridor and local land use planning efforts, engaging public and private sector stakeholders and developing innovative partnerships and programs to broaden coalition advocacy efforts. Audrey holds an undergraduate degree in Communications and Master in Nonprofit Management degrees from Regis University. She is a proud member of the Elevations Credit Union Foundation board of directors.

Andrea Kaufman Robbins

Transportation Demand Management (TDM) Program Manager
Andrea Robbins has more than 25 years of experience in both TDM and marketing. She has managed marketing projects on both the agency and client side, from NYC to Denver to Boulder and beyond; from sports and fashion, to transportation and telecommunications to nature and science. After working for GO Boulder in a marketing, outreach and TDM capacity for nearly 20 years, she went on to manage programs and marketing at the University of Colorado Museum of Natural History. Andrea is proud of her work and enjoys contributing to her community. With all three of her kids off to college, Andrea is looking forward to helping the businesses along US 36 discover the EcoPass and other transportation options available to them.

Janney Lockman

Senior Outreach Specialist
Janney Lockman is thrilled to be working with commuters and organizations along the US 36 corridor to explore their commute options. Prior to joining 36 Commuting Solutions, she did outreach and customer support for an education technology startup and served on the steering committee of a youth-led economic development nonprofit in Eastern Kentucky. Janney attended Oberlin College, where she studied psychology. When she’s not encouraging people to explore options to solo driving, Janney can be found playing bass in her bluegrass band and spending time outdoors.

Rachel Setzke

Rachel Setzke

Executive Assistant
After graduating from Beloit College, Rachel Setzke worked for the Colorado Nonprofit Association. In her time there, she was the editor of the Colorado Nonprofit Salary & Benefits Survey and Nonprofit Colorado, the Association’s bi-monthly newsletter. She managed conferences, coordinated Colorado Nonprofit Week events and worked on nonprofit advocacy throughout the state. She has served on the board of directors for the Young Nonprofit Professionals Network, Share-A-Gift and the Fireside Elementary PTO. She is also currently the director of Peace and Justice Day Camp at the Boulder Valley Unitarian Universalist Fellowship. A Boulder native, she lives in Louisville with her husband, two kids and dog.
