About 36 Commuting Solutions
36 Commuting Solutions is a nonprofit membership organization whose mission is to enhance the mobility of commuters along the US 36 corridor for today and the future.
Maintaining Your Quality of Life
Currently Colorado is the THIRD fastest growing state in the country with a 30% growth since the 1990‘s. As more and more people discover Colorado, the high standard of living you’ve come to enjoy is greatly impacted in your daily commutes. Increased congestion brings increased stress, slower commutes, increased pollution, not to mention higher costs of fuel associated with slower/longer travel times.
Getting to and from Boulder/Denver
won’t be as easy anymore!
According to regional forecasts, the population along US 36 is expected to rise 28%, employment will expand 53%, and traffic volumes are projected to increase dramatically over the next fifteen years.
Whether you live, work, or travel along the U.S. 36 corridor, employ people who do, or are interested in the long-term growth and development of the area, 36 Commuting Solutions is your resource for multi-modal transportation advocacy and encourages commute behavior change.
We are working to maintain the high quality of living you and your employees enjoy along the Front Range. We enhance the mobility of commuters along the US 36 corridor for today and the future.
We envision a corridor with a rich blend of state-of-the-art, multi-modal travel options accessible to, and well-utilized by, our community.
We are a service organization that advocates on behalf of our members for multi-modal improvements and the funding needed to implement them. Equally important are the services we provide through marketing, design of service, coordination with service providers, such as RTD, CDOT and local governments and travel demand management programs. These services assist employees in the corridor to use their travel options.
We are committed to serving the U.S. 36 community by designing mobility services and programs that will help the community understand and use travel options to driving solo.
We hold ourselves accountable in both good and bad times. We are fiscally responsible, honest and forthcoming.
We are energized by what’s possible and how we can help implement positive change for the U.S. 36 corridor. We are on the leading edge of sustainable transportation solutions founded on our coalition’s shared vision.
