Federal to Sheridan Boulevard
Federal Boulevard On-Ramp to Eastbound US 36 Restriction
The Federal Boulevard on-ramp to eastbound US 36 will have a daytime single lane restriction, July 28- Aug. 1, 9 a.m.-3 p.m., for ramp meter installation. One lane will remain open.
Eastbound US 36 Off-Ramp to Federal Boulevard Ramp Restrictions
The eastbound US 36 off-ramp to Federal Boulevard will be closed July 27-31, 6 p.m.-5:30 a.m. and Aug. 1 and 2, 7 p.m.-10 a.m., for paving.
Sheridan to Church Ranch Boulevard
Westbound US 36 Single Lane Restrictions
Westbound US 36 will have single lane restrictions from Federal to Sheridan, July 28-Aug. 1, 10 a.m.-3 p.m. and 8 p.m.-5:30 a.m. This restriction is necessary for wall installation. One lane of travel will remain open at all times.
Eastbound 92nd to Sheridan Ramp Restrictions
The eastbound 92nd ramp to Sheridan will have additional finish work that requires flaggers in the area this week, July 28-Aug. 1, 7 a.m.-5 p.m.
Church Ranch Boulevard On-Ramp Daytime Lane Restrictions
The northbound Church Ranch Boulevard turn lane to the eastbound US 36 on-ramp will have a single daytime lane restriction, July 28-Aug. 1, 9 a.m.-3 p.m., to complete the curb and gutter.
Single Lane Restrictions
Expect single lane restrictions, July 28-Aug. 1, 9 p.m.-5:30 a.m., on eastbound and westbound US 36 from Federal to Church Ranch Boulevard.
Wadsworth Parkway to 88th Street
US 36 Single Lane Restrictions
Eastbound and westbound US 36 will have nightly single lane restrictions, July 28-31, 9 p.m.-5:30 a.m. and Aug. 1 and 2, 10 p.m.-9 a.m., from 88th Street to Church Ranch Boulevard. These lane restrictions are necessary for dirt and concrete hauling, paving, and barrier removal and placement.
Wadsworth Parkway On-Ramp Restriction
The northbound Wadsworth Parkway on-ramp to westbound US 36 will have single lane restrictions for light and fiber installations, July 28-Aug. 1, 9 a.m.-3 p.m. One lane will remain open at all times.
88th Street to Foothills Parkway
US 36 Single Lane Restrictions
Eastbound and westbound US 36 will have nightly single lane restrictions from the 88th Street bridge to Foothills Parkway, July 27-31, 9 p.m.-5:30 a.m., and Aug. 1 and 2, 10 p.m.-9 a.m.
McCaslin Boulevard and Ramp Restrictions
The McCaslin interchange, including the on- and off-ramps and McCaslin Blvd between Dillon and Marshall, will have lane restrictions, July 28-Aug. 1, 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. and 9 p.m.-5:30 a.m. One lane will remain open in each direction at all times. RTD operations will not be impacted.
Local Street Restrictions and Ongoing Closures
East Turnpike Drive Closure — For the safety of the traveling public, Turnpike Drive to the east and west of Lowell Boulevard is closed to all through traffic. This closure is necessary to construct the noise walls and relocate utilities on eastbound US 36. Flaggers will be on-site. Local traffic will be allowed through the work zone.
88th Place Right Turn Lane Restriction — The right turn lane from 88th Place to northbound Sheridan Boulevard will remain closed through July 2014. This closure is necessary to complete the final configuration of the new Sheridan Boulevard interchange.
Wadsworth Boulevard, from 112th to 116th Avenue, Restriction — The section of Wadsworth Boulevard, from112th to 116th, will have a single lane restriction, July 28-Aug. 2, 7 a.m.-7 p.m., for drainage work. Flaggers will be on-site to assist the traveling public. One lane of travel will remain open at all times.
